Due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of the digital products sold on tradscript (scripts, downloadable files, source codes, access licenses), all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted once the order is confirmed and access to the product is delivered.

Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with applicable statutory provisions governing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, service delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

This no-refund policy applies without exception to all of the following situations:

• Accidental purchases, double orders, or selecting the wrong product;

• Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or third-party software;

• Personal dissatisfaction with features, expected results, or a change of mind after viewing/downloading;

• Input errors in billing details or selected order options.

It is solely the customer's responsibility to verify product specifications, technical requirements, and order details prior to completing checkout.

Email Input Errors:

Entering an incorrect email address during checkout does not entitle you to an order cancellation or refund. However, if a typo prevents you from receiving your download link, contact our support team with valid proof of purchase (transaction ID, full name, date, and time of payment). Once verified, the access link will be resent to your corrected email address.

Support and Technical Issues:

If a delivered file is corrupted or a download link is non-functional, our team will provide prompt assistance to restore your access.
